Born in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Everlina Myers Outen.
Evelyn was a three time cancer survivor and she enjoyed helping others, very passionate about cooking and attended the local recreation center for senior programs.
Survivors: Son Frederick Drayton and Rhonda Maze Drayton both who reside in Baltimore Maryland., and Daughter Ashley Thompson of Fountain Inn , South Carolina. Nieces Tami R. Davis and Nicole R. Drakeford, both of Virginia; four grandchildren Jasmine And Jeremiah Drayton. Aston Drakeford and Avianna Thompson.
