Dear Evan’s Friends:

Thank you for the outpouring of support during this sad time. Evan was such an amazing person, and you all are amazing as well. We wanted to send along information about the services so that anyone thinking of coming out would have an idea of theplans. There is absolutely no pressure to come out but there is also no guarantee that
Evan won’t haunt you if he feels slighted. He may even choose to haunt you regardless. We are planning on having the celebration of life recorded because we know many will not be able to come and we will be sure to upload it to the internet so that Evan can live out his dream of being a youtube star. Or whatever.

Evan wanted to give his friends one final gift since he loved you all so very much. Since, like Kurt Russell’s Snake Plissken, he made his valiant Escape From LA (Thanks Reese and Alex!), he died in Albuquerque. Albuquerque is far from his friends in LA, Chicago, New York, and elsewhere, and he wanted to underwrite his friends’ travel out
to the Land of Enchantment for his celebration. A stipend will be available that should roughly cover airfare (exact amount TBD based on attendees). If anyone needs any additional assistance, please let us know as we do not want anyone missing the party due to finances.\

We also included some notes about a hotel block for rooms and some of Evan’s favorite places to play and eat while in Albuquerque.
