Background
Eva had a long painful battle with lung cancer that had matasized to her bones. At the young age of only 58 she passed on May 29 2022. On February 13th she was in a house fire that delayed her treatments. We lost everything we owned including our pets. We had an insurance policy on her but hadn't had it long enough for it to pay for her funeral. She also a policy that she had appointed a beneficiary to but the lady refuses to use the money on her funeral and states "this is my money" Her son and I chose to stay by her side for the last few weeks of her life with us. We do home remodeling together and put our jobs aside to be with her. This depleted all of our funds. We were able to put a deposit down on her funeral but because insurance won't pay and the beneficiary won't pay she is sitting in a refrigerator waiting for her proper burial so she can be laid to rest.
