Eula Gray (Stanley) Billups, beloved wife of Robert H. Billups of Penllyn, entered eternal rest on January 25, 2023. She was born on January 7, 1942, to the late George W. and Pency (Galloway) Stanley.
A native of Longwood, North Carolina, Eula was the seventh of ten children and cherished her roots deeply. After completing her schooling, she moved to Philadelphia, PA, where she married Robert in 1959. In 1973, the couple settled in Penllyn, …
