It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eugene Fluhr, who left us on November 16, 2023. Eugene was Born on September 6, 1961 in Dubuque. Eugene lived a full and vibrant life that touched many.
A devoted father, Eugene is survived by his daughter, Felicia Miller Fluhr, And 3 sons Robb Smith , Trent Smith and Mitch Fluhr all from Waterloo. His spirit and stories live on through them, providing comfort and joy despite the sorrow of his loss.
Eugene will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and undying dedication to his family. His light will continue to shine within everyone he knew.
