Etta Ree Kincer, 78 a Florence, KY resident passed away Sunday June 23, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence.
Born Thursday January 9, 1941 in Whitesburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Ona Gibson Triplet.

She was a homemaker.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
