Esther Aditha Piggott Collier, 91, of West Babylon, NY, passed away on November 05, 2022 .

• 
  Esther was born on  April 28, 1931 to Elaine Vanessa Aditha Martin Piggott and Elgin Regan Piggott in Bronx, NY.
•  After graduating from Lindenhurst High School in June, 1949, she landed her first job at Pilgrim State Hospital as an attendant while also raising her first born, Janice Vanessa Piggott.
•  While working at Pilgrim State, Esther met Clifton Collier and they wed in Wyandanch, NY on May 26, 1951, going on to have four (4) children, Ronald Eugene, Frances Elaine,  Lawrence Preston and Kevin Clifton. 
• Esther received many blessings in her life. In 1961 she befriended a gentlemen who eventually become her life partner,  William "Bill" Harris.  Then in 1972 she graduated from Nursing school,  continued to work at Pilgrim State in addition to working at Northport VA Hospital.
• When Esther became a mother, wife and life partner all by the age of 31 ,she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful woman of many talents. Esther excelled at propping up members of her extended family and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Esther was a passionate shopper and collector of unusual items! When she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found participating in many of her various activities, such as visiting flea markets, going out to eat with Bill and  performing her belly dancing techniques , to name a few. All that knew Esther will miss her greatly. 
•  Esther was predeceased by her son  Lawrence/1967, mother Elaine/1969, sister R. Shirley/1982, father Elgin/1984, brother Richard/2018, life partner William " Bill"Harris/2019, son Kevin/2021, neice Celeste Cobham-Portorreal/2021. She is survived by her children Janice, Ronald, Frances, William, neice Benita L. Cobham Chase, nephew Gay E. Cobham , grandchildren Jasmine, Leon, Tauren, Tiffany, Jahde' and Bryce and a host of great grand children,  neices, nephews, cousins and friends.

•  Esther 's final resting place will be at Pinelawn Cemetery.  There will be a celebration of life at the Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet at 12:30/DeerParkAve,  Babylon.
