Esther Ann Bingham passed away quietly on June 9, 2023 at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. Esther was born February 4, 1957, to Sylvia and Wallace Brizgaloff in Sitka, Alaska, the second of their three daughters.
She was raised by her parents, Sylvia and Willis Osbakken in Sitka, AK along with her four siblings. She enjoyed playing cards, and board games and going on family outings on the boat for picnics, beach …
