We mourn the loss of Ernest "Ernie" Schwechel, who passed away on December 14, 2025. Known affectionately to many as Ernie. Born on October 7, 1963, he lived a life full of personal accomplishments and meaningful relationships.

Ernest will be remembered not just for his individuality, but also for the lasting bonds he established with family and friends. His passing leaves a void that can never be filled.

Ernest is preceeded in death by his parents Leonard and Laverne Schwechel, brother Gerald Schwechel and sisiter Sharon Wiesner. He leaves behind to grieve sisters Chris (Brian) Schlaak,Linda Alvarez,Debbie(Larry)Pundsack,Diane(Jeff) Carpenter and Marie(Robert) Trujillo and brother Leonard Jr the bond they shared was undeniable, a testament to their shared history and mutual respect. Their grief is shared by all who knew Ernest, as they also share in preserving and honoring his memory.

We request that those wishing to express sympathy consider sharing a personal story of Ernest. He was a unique individual, and his story deserves to be remembered in the words of those who knew him best. In this way, we can keep his spirit alive .

While we are deeply saddened by the loss of Ernest, we take comfort in knowing that he is at peace and his memory will remain in our hearts. His life, while too short, was filled with moments of joy and happiness that we will treasure forever. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in each one of us.
