Ernie was one of the best friends I ever had we would hang out and listen to music and play music he was a very talented keyboard player could play the guitar very well and also played bass, which was his specialty although he didn't have one in Valley City ND. He played the Accordion also. We would sing others songs and make up our own. We had one called I Need to Know that there's a Heaven. I need to know that now because Ernie deserves it. I am devastated to hear of his passing but do believe he is in a better place. He was responsible always made it to work, talented, informative and of course hilarious often. He loved his little sister, Mother and Grandmother maybe more than they will ever know talked about them daily and worked harder than anyone I had ever seen to fund his trip back home. Ernie was a roommate of ours in Valley City ND for a while and once again in Fargo while he was preparing to return to Arizona. I undoubtedly would have continued to try to get back in touch with Ernie and would have taken a trip to Avondale. That's how great my  brother Ernie is.
