Ernest Douglas Cook passed away Mar 8, 2025 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY after a brief illness. He was born Nov 1, 1951 in Scott County, Kentucky to Ernest and Mary Alice (Skinner) Cook. He is survived by a sister, Theresa Carolyn Cook and a brother, David Allen Cook both of Lexington, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by both parents.
