Born on July 7th 1986 in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), Eric Hillah was the oldest of 4 children, having one brother (Amah), and 2 sisters (Raissa, Regina). He also had many cousins, who had just as much consideration as his siblings, specifically Edwige, Linda and Krysna.
Although he spent most of his youth in Brazzaville, Eric went on to study computer engineering in Paris, France, where he spent more than a decade of his life.
It was in France that he met his wife in June 2011 and within a month they were inseparable. Talia was the bonus child that became Eric’s first child by choice. In January 2014, they were married and added two girls to the family: Tilda in 2015 and Tulip in 2018. After 5 wonderful years in Paris, the family moved to Atlanta in 2018.
Although Eric and his family moved to Atlanta, he continued to work as a software developer for Planet , a company he worked for nine years.
Eric was everyone’s favorite: child, son, brother, best friend, and father. He had no enemies, and his joy for life always pulled people towards him, even in his quiet demeanor. Besides his family, Eric was passionate about his work, he loved taking the time to read about coding and watching others code to perfect his craft. Anyone who has ever watched him talk about his work could testify of his love for software development and how brilliant his mind was.
Eric is survived by his wife, Three daughters , parents and three siblings
