Ereina's obituary
Excerpt from My Story … (Ereina’s words (pages found among her things. Words in brackets are added).
Thought I’d write about me, my life, conquests, and failures. I was born (Thursday) January 22, 1959 (6 lbs. 3 oz.) at I believe 10:15am? My mother was Terri Otero (Demarest, now Michel). My father's name was Charles (Frederick) Demarest. I never met him. My early life was as good as ever. It was my mom and me. I liked that. My mother was a single mother (separated-then divorced) who worked to support me. Mom was my world. And I don’t have huge segments of memory rather bits and pieces. I was born in Torrance (California). My grandmother lived in Gardenia (Gardena). I have memories of that house as well as the apt. me and mom lived in. (End of excerpt.)
In addition to writing, Ereina loved to bake; she enjoyed making pottery, wrote poems, and had a desire to write a Bible-themed book.
Ereina's family includes: The Demarest family: Teresa (Joe), and Loreen. The Rubino family: Carmen, Paige (Thomas), Gary, Jr. (Christine), Jennifer (Christopher), and Sam (Andrea); and The Michel family: Renee.
Ereina's five children are Jeremiah, Daniel (1978-1998), Jennifer (Jeremiah), Michael (Jennifer), and Dylan. Nine grandchildren: Maddie, Matthew, Destaneẽ, Abigail, Mackinsey, Charlie, Samantha, Brianna, and Isabella, and three great-grandchildren: Braylon, Devaroux, and Nora Grace.

In a perfect world, loved ones live forever. They would never get sick or die and would always be happy.
We don’t live in a perfect world, but Ereina does now.
It’s called heaven.
