Enrique Gasper was a devoted father to a almost 10 year old daughter on the 29th of March as well as a hard worker and a wonderful man to me. We was together for 11 years who was looking away from us a person that hit him and left him to die. He was the man that got hit on East Troy avenue and Beach Street in Indianapolis Indiana on February 19th,2022. When the vehicle and just took off and left him. He had just got off of work it was on his way to cash this check to pay our rent and bills to keep her roof over his family's head and never made it he was only gone from the house 26 minutes before he was hit in his life was took it not thank God but from a person that was not sorry for what they had done to care about his life. Now we are sitting here trying to pick up the pieces for an unfortunate event in her life that was never supposed to happen that was never planned he was still young he was only 38. You can find all the information Oliver Fox 59 as well as other news stations about a vehicle a van that hit a pedestrian and left to die on February 19th he was hit at 3: 26 am and it's not it's found until 6:10 when the cops arrived at 6: 15 am to 6: 20am in the morning.
