Ms. Emma , 86, of Aiken, South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, September 16, 2022, at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Lafayette and Marie Simpson Young.

She is survived by two daughters, Belinda (Jimmy) Gray of Greenville, SC and Odessa Voorhees of Taylors, SC; two sons, Carlos Walton of Greenville, SC, and Gregory (Angela) Brown of Houston, TX; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, and friends.
