Emily Harris of Ormond Beach Florida passed away on December 17, 2021 while at Advent Health Hospital. Emily was the daughter of the late William Armstrong and Emily Lee Taormina. She was also the step daughter of the late Anthony Taormina. Emily was born and grew up in Brooklyn New York.

Emily is survived by her four children, John D Harris Jr of Holland Township NJ, Craig S. Harris of Blue Ridge VA, Caryn L Nulf of Ormond Beach Fl, and Adam S, Harris of Tallahassee Fl. She is also survived by three brothers, William Armstrong of Albuquerque NM, Richard Taormina of Patchoge NY, and Vincent Sgambati of New York NY.
  She was preceded in death by her brothers John and Anthony.  
In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Emily also loved playing with her grand and great grand-kids. She held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. Now that Emily has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Emily’s physical life on Earth, it’s the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for her. Emily will join her parents and brothers Anthony and John in Heaven.
