Background
Beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, Emiliana “Emmie” Yabot Keith passed away peacefully on April 18th at 2:35am.
Emmie suffered a stroke on January 20, 2022, which was followed by a catastrophic brain hemorrhage on February 9. She underwent brain surgery and sustained damage that took away her ability to move or speak, and accelerated her chronic kidney disease (CKD). She spent the past couple months in the hospital but held on and remained strong throughout her fight. Just after Easter, Emmie left us for her heavenly homecoming.
Emmie was a sweet, loving, strong-willed, and caring person who touched many lives as a parochial teacher for over 40 years. She devoted her life to her faith and church, and was always there for all those she loved, especially her only daughter and grandchildren. She will be utterly missed by her family, friends, and loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to assist with upcoming medical fees and funeral service expenses. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
