“ Una brava femina friulana”
In loving memory of our mother, wife, and nonna Emanuela Presotto, also known as Ella, who passed away on July 06, 2025. She was the devoted wife of 53 years to Franco Presotto, loving mother to Terra (Pawel), Loren (Lara) and Jessica (Justin), a Nonna to William, Victoria, Isabel and Jonathan, and sister to Donna Judy and Rick. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Ella was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. She instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and sacrifice. She was her children and grandchildren’s biggest cheerleader, always there to talk, support and praise.
One of her most treasured moments was becoming a nonna, watching the children grow up day by day. She loved going for countryside rides with her husband on the back of his motorcycle, and she felt joy opening her home to exchange students, providing them with delicious Italian cuisine and learning their cultures.
Ella requested to be cremated and wished for a private ceremony. In her spirit, she asked that those who knew her remember her in their own quiet gatherings, sharing a fond memory or moment of joy.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, July 17th at 7pm.
