Sending loving thoughts to Elvira's wonderful family as you remember her heavenly birthday 🎂. I'm sure you are all keeping her close to your heart on this extra special day.
Carlos & I have shared several birthdays of Aurora's with the family and Elvira was always there. Such a joy to have been so fortunate to have met her, John and their family. I celebrate Elvira's special heavenly birthday as we all remember the good times we had with her. Blessings, Teena Amador ♡♡
Elvie and myself grew up together. As a younger sister, she used to take me everywhere she go. We always talk on the phone and talk about her children and grandchildren. She’s always been very proud of them. We haven’t seen each other for awhile due to pandemic. Few weeks before she left for Texas my sisters along with their husbands came to visit me. I told my grandson this may be the last time I will see them. I still can’t believe it. Her last words to my husband was “take care of my sister”, the last thing she told me was she’s worried who will take care of John if anything happen to her. 🥺
I've lived next to John and Elvie for 20 years. She saw my two boys grow up. Elvie always baked cookies and treats for them. She loved when they would come over to pick them up and always was so grateful and generous. Thinking about this time of the season, we dont have a lot of trick or treaters on our block , if any, but Elvie always was ready for her boys on halloween and they wouldnt miss visiting her. She got a kick out of seeing them in their costumes. I'm glad that my sons are 13 and 17 now and will have these memories of her. People like
Elvie seem few and far between these days. She is, and will be, missed.
