Elsie Smyser, 88, of North Ogden, UT, passed away on February 13, 2023. Elsie was a mother of 3, grandmother of 9 and a great grandmother of 3. She is once again with her beloved husband Bill. She was preceded in death by her parents and 9 siblings. Elsie would always put others before herself. From the time she met her husband in Napa, Idaho her and Bill always worked together tell his passing in 2015. She was her husband's best fishing buddy. We will be having a celebration of life on Friday 2/17/2023 around 3pm at her home in North Ogden for family and friends that would like to join. The family will later have a celebration in August in Idaho.
