In loving memory of our precious mother Elsie Gaskins. She went to be with Jesus on December 19, 2021.
She was born in 1936 in Frametown , West Virginia to Antonia and Thurman Frame. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister and her beloved husband Stillman.
