It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Elroy Valdez Encinia on October 11, 2023. Born on August 17, 1982, Elroy was known for his radiant charisma and magnanimous heart. His jovial spirit touched all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind an irreplaceable void in the lives of his loved ones.
He is survived by his beloved brother, Mateo Vargas, who will continue to cherish his memories. As we say our last goodbyes, let us remember Elroy for the joy and laughter he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts.
