On the anniversary of his death, I read the service to GrandBobbie. She loves Sally and her boys so much!

I was so sorry to hear about Elliott's passing. I had the opportunity to work with Elliott in one team for the last 8 years. He was always ready to support the whole team and share his great knowledge and experience!
My deepest condolences to the family.

My sincere condolences for the heartbreaking passing of Elliott. I learned something new from Elliott nearly every time we spoke, which was daily for the better part of 6 years at PPD. We often spoke about family and your many accomplishments. He was so proud of you. His wit and positivity were contagious and will be missed.

I'm glad I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Elliott for the last year..... who would have thought your time with us was running short. From the start, you were always willing to share his wealth of knowledge. He was very patient to answer all your questions and never complained. He will forever be missed!

My condolences to Elliott's family. It was so wonderful meeting Elliott and Sally and having them as part of our community get togethers. He was so warm and engaging. 2020 was such a terrible time for everyone and I am so sad that we weren’t able to see more of each other, but I know his work was something astounding and he helped keep us all safe in an unsure time. He was brilliant and kind, and above all else he adored Sally. I’m so sorry that he couldn’t be here longer.

My sincere condolences to Elliott's family. I first met Elliott when we worked together at PAREXEL, I believe he was based out of the Lowell, MA office. (around 1997-2000). I was based in the UK and I remember many meetings and dealings with Elliot. We both worked on the Y2K programme as well. He once came over to get his hands dirty and ensure that the IT group could accelerate implementation of a new messaging system in Uxbridge, London. Remember inviting him home to our place, where he met Mary (my wife) and new born daughter (Taran) will try and dig out this picture. He was a sincere man, true gentleman and am deeply sorry for you loss. But you will have so many happy memories to celebrate Elliot. Daljit

Eliott was a wonderful mentor to me during our joint time at Parexel; I will never forget the fun hours we spent over good food and wine working towards our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt degree.
I'm truly saddened about his passing and am reminded how important it is to stay in touch.
My deepest condolences to the mourning family

I did not know Elliot long, and certainly not nearly long enough and not well enough. I first met Elliot right after the conflict in Russia began and we needed someone from PPD (our most recent acquisition) to monitor payments to entities in Russia to ensure there were no sanctions violations but also to keep the lifesaving clinical trials in Russia going. Though our systems and personnel were all new to Elliot, he immediately jumped to action to manage the risk involved and to put processes in place on an ongoing basis to continue to enable the lifesaving clinical trials. He embraced this role with seriousness, with intellectual curiosity and with the mindset to find a better way every day. He will be greatly missed.

Liu Family,
I send my deepest condolences to you as you mourn Elliott's passing.
Thank you for sharing Elliott with us at PPD. I've only known Elliott since August 2019 but his impact on me was profound. Elliott was an irreplaceable part of the team because of his high levels of skill, his humor, and the context that he was always willing and able to share.
For me, Elliott was a bridge into another culture that I needed to better understand the vendors that I would encounter in China. The context that he shared was always valuable and easily applied.
I will miss Elliott immensely and again, thank you for sharing him with us.
Warmest Regards, Dwayne Howell

I chose Nourish NC because Elliott would remind me regularly to wear my donate sticker on the donation drive days at work. We laughed a lot, he was a big part of the team, and he always will be.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I truly enjoyed working with Elliott. He was always so kind and helpful to me. I've made a $200 donation to Nourish NC in Elliott's honor. I selected Nourish NC because at all the ice cream socials that we used to have at the office, I was always arriving late and Elliott would tease me by saying there was no ice cream for me because he ate my share already! I will surely miss him and know his absence will be felt by everyone on the team.

I had the pleasure of working with Elliott over a 10 year period. He was always a pleasure to work with and be around, a true gentleman and a rock supporting his colleagues. Elliott's contribution in the Vendor Management team was immeasurable, as it was across the wider Procurement organisation. I know he was proud to work in our industry helping deliver life changing therapies and his contribution will always be remembered by his colleagues and management alike.
My deepest condolences to his family, friends and all those that loved him, as we did.

Elliott was not only a consummate professional, but also proactive, enthusiastic, and the first to raise his hand to offer to help. I really appreciated his help over many years, including establishing our vendor due diligence process. He will be much missed at PPD. My condolences to all his family and friends.
