Background
Elliot passed away after a brief battle with Creutzfeldt-Jakobs Disease. CJD is a rapidly degenerative and fatal neurological disease that affects 1 in a million people. The causes are unknown and there is currently no known cure. Please consider making a donation in Elliot's name to the National Prion Disease Pathology Surveillance Center so that future victims of this mysterious and horrible diagnosis can have a better chance of combatting it.
