Ellie Galena, 37, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her home.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Ellie was born June 29, 1987 in Rolla, Missouri, daughter of Wendy L. Cooley of Woodstock, Virginia and the late Wayne L. Cooley Jr.

Surviving with her mother, Wendy L Cooley, are two sons, Lucas Cooley and Orion Cooley; two daughters, Lydia Cooley and Melody Johnson; the mother of Lucas and Melody, Kathleen Johnson; five sisters, Amy Cooley and wife Blake Rose, Melissa Cooley, Angela Cooley, Sarah Weatherholt and Kimberly Cooley; and 32 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; and grandparents, Brenda Weatherholt and Ronnie Weatherholt Sr.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
