Ellen, 78, of Virginia Beach, VA died unexpectedly on November 30, 2022. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.
Ellen was born on September 14, 1944 to William and Joyce Shriver in Lynchburg, VA. Ellen attended Severna Park High School in Maryland. Ellen then settled in Virginia Beach to raise her family. After receiving her associate's degree, she worked at various medical practices in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. She …
