Ellen Severs, 69, of Knoxville, TN passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 21, 2025. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. Her artistic talents will be forever remembered in the community. Ellen was an obvious artist from a very young age, and grew to be a painter and poet. Her book "A Whisper Through Life" filled  many hearts with joy and hope. Her art will continue to live on as she wanted.  Ellen is survived by her two daughters Emily Freeman-Severs and Amanda Severs, her brothers and sister, her grandchildren and numerous loved ones. Besides her art, Ellen also had a gentle heart and kindness for all and will be greatly missed.

Family and friends will be invited to the memorial services via social media.
