It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ella Carter, on February 1, 2025. Ella, a woman of incredible strength and grace, was born on October 9, 1948. Her life was a testament to the power of resilience, love, and determination. Her joy and warmth will be greatly missed by all those who had the privilege to know her.
