Elizabeth Gail Turner was born to Alma Gough and Lawrence Moore on December 23, 1968 in Danville, Virginia. She graduated from Warwick High School in 1987. She married Raymond Turner in 1994. Together they raised two children.
She leaves as her legacy two daughters: Megan Rae Turner and Marisa Elizabeth Turner. She also leaves to cherish her memory four siblings: Donna Moyer, Larry Moore, Carla Dawson, and William Dawson, as well as her partner of …
