Elizabeth's obituary
It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Taylor, who left us on January 12, 2025. Born on November 24, 1964, Elizabeth lived a life rich with love, compassion, and accomplishment.
Elizabeth was an extraordinary woman, full of grace and kindness. Her resilient spirit and unwavering optimism were a beacon of light to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She possessed an uncanny ability to inspire others, and her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of those she touched.
Educated and erudite, Elizabeth was passionate about sharing her wisdom with the world, and she was ever ready to learn. Yet despite her many accomplishments, she held the simple pleasures of life most dear to her heart - the sound of children's laughter, the smell of old books, the delicate beauty of a single flower.
Elizabeth was a loving mother, adoring grandmother, and a treasured friend. She is survived by her loving daughter, Alethea Whatts, and her devoted son, R Taylor. Her children and Grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she was their rock. She was a figure of strength and support throughout their lives, always there to lend a listening ear, or a comforting word.
In honor of Elizabeth's life, let us not dwell on the sorrow of her passing, but instead celebrate the joy of having known such an exceptional individual. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the love, warmth, and wisdom she bestowed upon the world.
A private family service will be held to honor Elizabeth. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in Elizabeth's name to a charity of your choice. As she once said, "There is no greater gift than the gift of giving."
