Elizabeth was born to Sebastian and Sabina Vasquez on February 18, 1957 in, Harlingen, Texas. Elizabeth met her husband, Christopher Paul Sicks in Tulare, Ca. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother, Lisa also loved her career as a Senior Transportation Surveyor with Caltrans, California where she worked for 30 years.
