Elizabeth A. Nordlund ("Buffy") of Plano, Texas passed away on July 1, 2022. Buffy was born in Geneva, New York on October 28, 1951. She later moved to Oshkosh, Wisconsin where she spent most of her childhood years. She graduated from Oshkosh High School and Denver University before becoming a Flight Attendant at Delta Airlines for 10 years. Buffy married William Chalmers Nordlund on October 1, 1983. The couple spent more than 38 happy years together. They had two sons, William Nordlund, Jr. (married to Cassandra Nordlund with three grandchildren-Sam, Henry and Abigail)) and Scott Nordlund (married to Zoila Nordlund-expecting their first child in August). Buffy was a wonderful Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren and was devoted to them. She also loved her four labrador retrievers that preceded her in death. Buffy was always very active. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and watching her children's school and sports activities. Buffy was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Melvin George Apell and her younger brother, Scott. Buffy is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and her older sister, Susie, and older brother, Steve.
