Elizabeth's obituary
In June of 1978, she married George Nathan Mundinger, during her marriage they adopted their daughter Laura Mundinger.
She graduated from Saint Andrews Parish High School in 1969. She later attended Trident Technical College for Accounting. She worked at the Naval Supply Center in Charleston, SC until she moved to Seattle, WA in 1991. After her move she worked in the accounting departments of various companies.
Marie was a devout Christian who took her faith in Jesus very seriously. She adored all the friends she made at both Key Peninsula Baptist Church, and Sequoia Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, and close friends. She also loved to read, and watch movies, as well as take trips to the beach in both WA State and SC when she would go visit.
Marie was preceded in death by her: Parents – Edward C. Hallex & Edna F. Hallex, Brothers – Robert, John, and Michael Hallex
She is survived by her: Daughter- Laura Frances Mundinger (Lakewood, WA), Son in law – Kevin L. Massey (Lakewood, WA) Brothers – Edward Lewis (Bubba), Nephew: E.C. Hallex , Paul (Sister in law Debbie) (Titusville, FL), and Christopher Hallex (Seattle, WA). Sisters – Margaret Carmel Hallex (Charleston, SC) and Mary Hallex (Charleston, SC). Sister in Law Gail Hallex and Nephew Hunter Hallex (Charleston, SC). Best friend Chera Camuso (Seattle, WA), God Son Christopher Parkko (Odenville, AL), and lots of cousins and friends.
Memorial Services will both be celebrated in SC and WA State. To be announced by family.
Special Thanks to the Doctor’s and Staff at St. Joseph Hospital for taking such good care of Marie. Thank you to all the friends and family for all the thoughts, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
