Beth's obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth "Beth" Malis, who journeyed to her eternal rest on October 22, 2023. Born on April 5, 1982, Beth lived a life that was both rich and fulsome, marked by her kindness, strength, resilience, and unwavering care for her family.
Beth is survived by her dear son, Ian Malis, whom she was so proud. She will forever live in the hearts of her mother, Marcia Arendt, her father Duane Olson, stepmother Charlotte Olson, her devoted sister, Tanya Tice, and her beloved niece, Emma Tice.
She was predeceased by her cherished grandparents, Eugene and Marion Olson, Edwin Arendt and her Uncle, Joseph Arendt. Their memories continue to hold a special place in her heart.
Beth was an attendee at Creative Love Church, where she found solace and strength in her faith. Her love for cooking was unrivaled, often filling her home with mouthwatering aromas, and she found immense pleasure in creating art and poetry. Her works were a testament to her heartfelt creativity.
We kindly invite family, friends, and others whose lives Beth touched, to join us in celebrating her life on October 27, 2023. We will be honoring Beth's memory with a visitation from 3:00-4:30 PM at 8800 Nicollet Ave, followed by a memorial service at 4:30 PM. After the service we will gather in fellowship to exchange cherished stories and memories about Beth at the reception.
Beth lived a life of love, strength, and resilience, cherishing her family above all else. Her legacy is one of perseverance and genuine care for those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the fortune to know her. May her soul find eternal peace and comfort.
