Elizabeth was a cherished wife to Scott Gipson, a devoted mother to her sons, Sam, Matt and Chris Nelson, a loving mother-in-law to Katherine Hoyt, and a doting grandmother to Alyssa Nelson, Ashton Salisbury, Madison Stevenson, McCoy Stringer. Her loss is deeply felt by her family and all who knew her. Her love, care, humor, and wisdom were the bedrock of their family, and her absence leaves a void that can never truly be filled.
