Elizabeth had the exceptional ability to offer kindness and understanding to anyone she met, instantly building a connection with them, and leaving a lasting impression. Her energy was transformative, filling every room she walked into with love and positivity.

Elizabeth devoted her life to the noble profession of teaching. Her expertise in English and her infectious enthusiasm for the subject enlightened many young minds. As a teacher, her greatest joy came from seeing her students flourish and her lessons stretch beyond the academic sphere, deeply impacting her students' lives. Among her numerous accomplishments, she held highest the titles of a loving teacher and a dedicated mother. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Nicole Chew, Rolline Timmons, Rita Timmons, Elvie Chew who continues her loving legacy.Her spirit lives on through her grandchildren Darius Timmons, Latoya Timmons, Nakia Timmons Diamond Peebles Lakiesha Cagle and Ronkea Brown( who preceded her in death) loved ones and the many students whose lives she touched.
