Elizabeth Pasquina Nucci-O'Shea (Bette) was born January 7, 1940 in Perry County Kentucky and died April 10, 2025 in Olympia Washington. She lived the majority of her life in Waterford, Michigan. She graduated from Alma College and obtained her Master's Degree from Wayne State University.

Years are but one way to measure a life; Bette's life is best measured in lives she touched. Bette loved science and music. She worked in many different healthcare labs throughout her life and had a gift for engaging with patients. She was involved with her community doing lake quality work through Community Action Teams, teaching piano, and becoming a Waterford Township Trustee where she was honored to serve her neighbors.

Her parents, Confort A. and June B. Nucci, predeceased her. She is survived by her brother Joe Nucci, her daughters Patricia and Sharonne O'Shea, grandchildren, Aj O'Shea and JuneLin and Zellaby McGauly, as well as many nieces and nephews.
