Elise Michelle Spurgeon, November 5, 1985-February 18, 2023 Willits, California.

We are horribly saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Elise M. Spurgeon, 37, died at home in Willits, CA on February 18, 2023.

Elise was diagnosed with a serious heart condition 3 years ago and had suffered 2 previous heart attacks. She was not alone when she passed. Her boyfriend Matthew was with her. He took life saving measures to try to revive her but sadly, she could not be revived.

Elise had a very independent personality. She was headstrong and liked to accomplish things on her own. A lover of animals, always feeding strays and bringing home animals in need of help. She was very sympathetic towards people in need or people she thought she could help. Elise was also very artistic and creative. She will be greatly missed.

Elise is survived by her Son, Wesson Spurgeon, Mother, Kathleen Wakeley, Boyfriend, Matthew Murphy, Sister, Megan Figueroa, Father and Stepmother, Armando and Adel Figueroa, Brother, Ryan Figueroa, Grandparents, Mario and Fae Lopez, and Grandmother Blanca Figueroa.

We are planning on having a 'Celebration of Life' through Zoom and will keep everyone updated when more information is available regarding events and next steps.
