Lamar and family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I did not know your son but from all I have read he sounded like a truly remarkable young man.

Lamar and Sabrina,
There’s no words to fill the void that you have and I’m sorry for that. I offer my condolences, love and prayers to you during this time. Elijah knew how much he was loved and that’s the greatest gift you and those who surrounded him, provided. I only met him once at our 10 year reunion. He was a light then, and now one that shines from above. May God comfort you all during this time and know that you have a community here to provide you with the support you need.
Love and blessings,
Melanie

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Elijah's parents, whose hearts are broken by the loss of their only child. Lord, be their strength. In their darkness, be their light. Give them courage to face each day, and in time, help them to feel their child's love in the quiet whispers of Your presence. In Jesus' name, Amen

I was broken when I heard the news of Elijah's passing. We hung out and became close on our trip to Nicaragua. I’ll miss you brother. Your friend and teammate Yannic

Elijah was truly one of a kind. Quiet, but with a heart that was incredibly warm and kind. We had the privilege of knowing him through baseball—Mitch coached him, and he was Jaxson’s teammate from ages 8 to 12. He was always the kind of kid you wanted your own child to be around.
When Mitch, Jaxson, and I heard the tragic news, we were completely heartbroken. We found ourselves reminiscing about what an incredible kid he was and the wonderful young man he had become. His kindness, character, and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on all of us.
Sabrina and Lamarr, we cannot begin to imagine the depth of pain you are feeling. Please know that our hearts are with you, and we are lifting you up in prayer. God is close to the brokenhearted, and we pray you feel His presence and comfort in the days ahead.
You raised an absolute gem of a human being. Elijah was incredibly talented in both baseball and soccer, but his greatest gift was who he was on the inside—the way he treated others, the quiet strength he carried, and the goodness he showed so effortlessly. Not to mention his perfect hair!
He will never be forgotten, and his impact will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know him.
With love and deepest sympathy,

Taken from this world far too soon, but never from our hearts. The love, joy, and memories he gave will stay with us forever, and his spirit will always be remembered by those who loved him. My deepest condolences to the family 😞

This hits hard. I didnt have the pleasure of knowing Elijah. However, I'm sure the apple didnt fall far from the tree. Lamarr was one of my close guy friends in middle and high school so I can only imagine the loss Elijah's friends feel and his parents. Lamarr I'm sure you passed on the warmth you had for others to your son, where many felt coming to you felt safe. Lamarr and family my heart hurts for you. I pray for your strength during this time. We arent always able to understand the why when things like this happen but hold on to God and let him strengthen you. I pray that you have a strong support system to rally around you both and your daughter not just in the early days but as the months and years go by. The significant moments.
