We must sadly share that Eleen Susan Ray (née Bertie), 73, passed on March 18, 2026 in Lewisville, Texas after a courageous battle with end-stage renal disease.
She was born and raised in Babbitt, Minnesota. From the very beginning, Eleen’s life carried a sense of wonder as she was born “en caul,” entering the world still within the amniotic sac, a remarkable and symbolic start that reflected the special spirit she carried throughout her life.
