We regretfully announce the passing of Eleanor Marie Armstrong of Lafayette Louisiana on February 27, 2021. Ellie was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.

Our mother, Ellie , was one of the strongest, most courageous, bravest, kindest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family.

In 1976, she met David and together they went on to have 2 children. Ellie was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her.

Ellie was predeceased by her husband David. She is survived by her two daughters Christina, Katie, and her granddaughter Cheyenne.
