I just found out about Elaine's passing I feel so bad. I worked with Elaine at JC I also had the opportunity to teach her daughter. Elaine was the best a no nonsense person We had many talks in the library I remember seeing her at the Sunrise Theater when Dion was performing there,she loved him. I give my sympathy to her family. she was special!!!

I met Elaine through her brother, Louie. She was a kind, intelligent and thoughtful person. Elaine had a terrific wit and sense of humor. I was fortunate enough to have been embraced by her and her wonderful family. I will cherish memories of family celebrations, concerts, movies and many trivia nights. She is indeed a great woman who was called to Heaven much too soon. Her bright smile and kind heart will live in my memory forever. Rest In Peace sweet Elaine. You are an angel. 💕

We shared many interests -- attending book signings at Vero Book Center, grabbing a bite at Too Jay's, going to movies no one else wanted to see, reading, and loving the idea of libraries rather than media centers. I'm Charlene and I've known Elaine and her family through Louie for 28 years. I remember concerts where we acted like teenagers dancing in our seats. She was quick-witted, had a bear trap tongue, but was also kind a good listener. she helped me look into options for knee surgery even going with me to her doctor. She will be sorely missed.

Hello My name is Hass , I am a close friend of her awesome family , mother and siblings . I was also her pharmacist for a while . Elaine was a very smart , respectful and wonderful women . It is sad to see another great person leave this world at a young age . She was a godly person and a women full of faith , even in her last moments . Hello I'm sherry i have been Elaine's hairstylist for many years , we have shared so so many stories of course im in such shock I cant think of anything right now but I do know she loved her family very much and even when she didn't feel well she always kept pushing , and kept a smile on her face even she was toting an oxygen tube around .
