Aged 88 years of St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 19, 2024.
Eileen "Scottie" was born May 20, 1936 in Dunfermline, Scotland, to George and Elsie Todd. She moved to the United States in 1962 where she married Richard that same year. Together they raised 7 children. Known for her kindness, generosity, sense of humor, and of course her Scottish accent.
