We’re so sorry for your loss JP. Our condolences to your entire family. Thinking of you all and sending love.
I served on several committees over the years with Ed.  I so appreciated his deep faith, respect for all, and his level-headed approach to set and achieve goals. It was an honor knowing and learning from him.  Sending prayers!

My love and prayers to Gail and the rest of Ed's family.  Ed was a true gift to the Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier.  I fondly remember requests for red wine at the golf fundraisers.

Ed was such a devout family person, skilled professional, and great guy. His dry sense of humor and infectious laugh had me in stitches many times. My deepest condolences to Gail and the entire family.
Warmest condolences. I hope you know how much you have followed in your father's footsteps.

Richard and I visited Ed and Gail when their kids were still small. We all piled in a station wagon and went for a ride. The girls were in the backseat, singing pop songs, and I was shocked that they knew all the words, and we noticed that there were some ducks crossing the road up ahead and Ed just kept the car straight and steady and went right over this and everybody in the car screamed but Ed knew that his priority was his family and he wasn’t gonna hit a tree for some ducks. None of the ducks were injured.
When I first had my daughter, we drove to Baltimore and Ed and Gail gave us furniture for the baby. Richard and Ed piled it all on the roof of our small car and tied it down beautifully. They were so proud of their work. Unfortunately, they had put the ropes through the open windows, and it was therefore impossible to open the doors.

We shared many thanksgivings together. The year we spent at Robin and John Tucker‘s home in Manchester, New Hampshire when a storm snowstorm major funding for following took out power for the entire time we were there. We managed we made a beautiful turkey dinner and a ton of mashed potatoes. The next day Ed was at the stove, making potato pancakes with headlamp on his head. It was actually one of our best Thanksgiving.
