Edward was predeceased by his Mother Delia Garcia Vargas, Father Isreal Vargas, brother Julio Vargas, Ito Vargas and Angel Vargas. He is survived by his brothers David Vargas, Hiram Vargas and Andy Vargas. He was a private person who did not want a service. His wish was to have direct Cremation.
