Edward's obituary
Ed was born on June 8, 1944, to Takeo and Alice Sanpei. After graduating from Radford High School, he obtained degrees from the University of Hawaii, Harvard Law School, and NYU.
In 1971 he began his career with Rush Moore LLP, and after 42 years with the firm, he retired in 2013.
He became a loving husband when he married Ruby in 1972; and a dedicated and supportive father to his two children, Keith and Cheryl.
Ed enjoyed supporting UH Baseball and Football as well as his San Francisco Giants.
Ed is survived by wife Ruby Sanpei, son Keith Sanpei, daughter Cheryl Sanpei, siblings Charles Sanpei, Ellen (Robert) Wakabayashi, Francis (MaDonna) Sanpei, Shirley (Paul) Fujimoto, and several nephews and nieces.
