He was a man who not just lived life, he chased it, wrestled with it laughed at it, and rode straight thru it with throttle wide open. he was fire and wind wrapped in leather and dust.
He was never one to follow rules; he made his own and stood by them, and lived by them. His life, his way, his terms, his rules. That was Ed. He gave loyalty to those he loved, encouraging words to those in need, and an unwavering friendship to all he knew. he had a way about him that could make trouble and joy all show up in one breath. he could throw a knife like a man who trusted his own aim more than he trusted the world to play by its rules. he left us with endless stories to tell and memories that will live forever in the hearts of those who loved him. He is in a better place now where the horizon is golden and the road never ends AND, togather again with his loyal companion "Jake" who waited patiently for him to show him the way home. Ed taught me to live a little braver, laugh a little louder, never be afraid to be myself, brake a few rules now and then and to never forget how beautiful and sacred life is.
