Background
In his final months, Dad's care team not only provided top quality care at home with a wonderful CNA, Chaplain, Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner, they absolutely adored him, and supported his family caregiver through this last difficult task. We are grateful for the personal interest they took in Dad, they took him to heart. For this we are grateful and know they are providing an extra special service to people who choose to age in place. After a long hospital stay he didn't want to be separated from mom, and I can't imagine a more beautiful passing than this one. So if you are moved to give something, we ask you to consider instead of flowers contributing to Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation in Dad's name. Thank you for your love and support.
