Edward’s real family is right here on Ever-whatever: Dear to him, known by name thru his stories to each person here, with some kickin’ notes from a passerby. Take note of what happens when you are not the in crowd & remember Ed never cared for the in crowd. He was 100% human. He pissed people off regularly, he was annoyed thoroughly, and he forgave often, generously. He rocked the too-short time he had. ❤️
Ed and I met in Chicago. He and Erin came to the SOFO Tap where I bartended. Ed was kind, considerate and thoughtful. I moved to California and enjoyed seeing his Facebook posts. RIP, Ed. You will be missed.
Ed and I met in Chicago in 1999 and went to Club 950 and a Blondie concert together. He was a truly good-hearted and good-looking person. We reconnected when he returned to Chicago from upstate New York in 2006. He was a truly good person and I'm deeply sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
The first time I had sushi was with Ed. Since I was a novice he ordered and explained to me what to do. I didn’t see that he was spreading wasabi on the back side of my roll while he was explaining, lmao! I took that first bite and my nose was on fire for a few minutes!! Meanwhile he pretended he didn’t know what was up. I loved those silly things he’d do so much!!! He always could make me laugh, even on my darkest days. I’m truly still here because of his love. Thank you, Eddie, I love you so much.
