Edward Joseph Moura Jr., 59, passed away on December 2, 2025, in Lincoln, Nebraska after a long battle of stroke complications.

He was born on March 4, 1966 in Mississippi but raised in Wisconsin. He was the beloved son of Arlene Gelardi and the late Edward Gelardi. Edward shared his life with his siblings Mary Moura, Cathy Moura and the late Richard Moura, all from Wisconsin. Most recently with his brother in laws, Casey Parkins, Anthony Bruno, and sister in laws, Shannon Rieger and Lorisa Bowland, all from Nebraska. He was married to Amanda Moura on March 19, 2004 in Marshall, Wisconsin. 

He was a father to Christopher Moura, Anthony Moura, Rebecca Moura, and Emily Moura. He had four grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Edward’s passing leaves a profound void in the lives of those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn his loss.
